Desmond Hume from LOST, played by Henry Ian Cusick.

I think this is the scene where Desmond is throwing stones into the sea, after his ordeal with the destruction of the Swan station. Apparently waking up naked in the jungle marked a new beginning for Desmond, he begins to see visions of the future.
